MucoFlora: Take one capsule twice daily without chewing with water before a meal.

MucoAktiv: Stir 5 g powder (5 g = 1 measuring spoon) into 0.2 l water or juice twice a day and wait until the powder has dissolved.
If tolerated well, the daily amount can easily be increased!

Is MucoAktiv suitable for histamine intolerance?

> Acacia fibers are not a problem if you have histamine intolerance. The baobab pulp contains little histidine. 100 g of baobab contains approx. 40 mg of histidine. The recommended consumption of MucoAktiv is 10 g/day, which corresponds to 5 grams of baobab per day. This contains 4 mg of histidine, from which histamine could theoretically develop. In comparison, 100 g each contain: meat (raw) approx. 700 mg histidine, chicken egg approx. 300 mg histidine, milk approx. 90 mg histidine and rice approx. 200 mg histidine. The contained vitamin B3 and zinc are recommended for histamine intolerance.
