It takes advantage of the individual mineral absorption capacity for magnesium and thus ensures good bioavailability of the magnesium. Depending on the pH value of the tissues, the different types of magnesium are absorbed into the body.
Since the pH value in the gastrointestinal tract varies greatly, mixing several types of magnesium is particularly beneficial.
